Refund Policy

We want every filthy kid to be happy with their purchase! If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility

  • Opened CDs, vinyl records, or other sealed media cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We’ll respond within 2-5 business days with instructions for the return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back using the return address provided.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage so we can assist quickly.
  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
